# Not Authorized

Server Version#:1.32.5.7349 - 8f4248874  
Player Version#: N/A  
OS: Windows Server 2022  
when I try to open server it has me login, once logged in it says:  
Not authorized

You do not have access to this server.

You may be able to claim it by choosing “Open Plex…” from the Plex menu in the macOS menu bar or Windows system tray. For more troubleshooting tips, see our [support article](https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/).

Going to that link I have followed to steps to remove user from reg edit I’ve also removed the server from authorized devices none have made any change to the issue same issue no other error codes

This is a fresh install of both windows and Plex

Edit: Update when I clear the registry and open Plex for the first time it goes to [Screenshot - 0441e125296aa237a7b4a3a4921d515f - Gyazo](https://gyazo.com/0441e125296aa237a7b4a3a4921d515f) and never proceeds further

Im sitting in the exact same position, followed every guide for uninstall, reg.edit etc - but still get “not authorized” and cant seem to figure it out.

This happend after a re-install of windows where i chose to keep all files.

No idea how to fix this, desperate need of help.  
Although i have Windows 11.
