# Not available outside your own network

The reason you cannot access Plex outside your network, is you’ve not port forwarded it on your router. See the attached picture.
Basically, any incoming requests to your Plex server are being dropped at your modem, you have to forward port 32400 to your server.

Hello
I’m really enjoying the plex.tv
But I have problem to do work outside of my network.
Please see the images.
I don’t have antivirus installed, or the Windows Firewall is enabled
My Plexerver windows 10
My ip
My IP full details
My provider web ii CGNAT ipv4 - ipv6

Unfortunately, what ever you did, didn’t work, as the port is still closed. I can pretty much say for certain that this is the issue you have.
You will need to double check. Even your pictures (see [this one](http://image.prntscr.com/image/308b50b07df54f1e898c6e53078d147c.jpeg "this one")) show that the incoming port is not accessible.
If you can fix this problem, I’m certain it will work.

I’ll explain it better, I’m satisfied with your help, so I want to explain better.
The ip 138.36.34.8 is CGNAT, it is not true for my connection, I’ve opened for modem 32400, but to no avail, he does not access my plex web server. IPV6 should work and be at the 138.36.34.8, in the configuration. I’m trying various solutions, but so far can’t get out of my network.

Ahhh! That makes more sense. Have you tried turning on IPV6 support?
Go to `Settings > Server > Network`, Click on the `Show Advanced` button at the top right of the settings area.
When you click “Show Advanced” button, a new box will appear like this

You can enable IPV6 there, and restart the server just to be sure.
Don’t forget to click on the `Save` button at the bottom of the page!

Just so I understand, this is what you’re trying to do?
Internet IPv6 \> Modem IPv6 \> **Plex Server IPv6** \< Home Network IPv6
Is that right? You want to disable IPv4?
If you want to use Plex externally, then you have to use IPv4, as MyPlex does not support IPv6 yet.
Internally, you can use IPv6 (as far as I’m aware).
There are a lot of requests for IPv6 support externally, and issues around using IPv6 internally as well.

Your help is very precious to me. Checked now the addresses.
The big problem is that the GGNAT is used by multiple people, not just me. the internet provider said it has no more IPV4 available, so you can’t directly access the server from outside the plex web server. I’ve tried to rent a VPN Server, but also didn’t work.
You want to do a test to see if you can connect?

You’re accessing the server internally, so I wouldn’t be concerned about these settings.
They’re for setting up your own security certificates and allowing certain networks to access the server without authentication.
They’re not really important for you yet.

I’m sorry, I don’t know. I don’t have an IPv6 connection, so I can’t really test it for you.

You can use it to scan your own IPv6 address. 🙂
