# Not Getting Email Verification

Hello, I was setting up my Plex account at the same time as setting up my domain and email forwarding so I believe I might have gotten into the same scenario as here: [Plex not sending verification email - #23 by OttoKerner](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plex-not-sending-verification-email/729767/23)  
I have since emailed the new email several times so the forwarding is right but I still don’t seem to get anything from Plex.
