# Not getting metadata on titles include a ":"

The naming structure below works for me, running PMS on a Synology DS918+.

As @Coxeroni mentions, you must use Plex’s naming and organization requirements. Library is type TV Show; use a season folder; spaces and dashes matter; eliminate the non-essential information from the file name, as it impairs Plex’s ability to correctly match media.

`/TV Shows/What's My Name Muhammad Ali/Season 01/What's My Name Muhammad Ali - s01e01.mkv`

`/TV Shows/Wu-Tang Clan Of Mics and Men (2019)/Season 01/Wu-Tang Clan Of Mics and Men (2019)- s01e01.mkv`

Here’s additional information on how Plex matches media with online sources. It details why file names containing info such as “AMZN.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.H.264-NTG” impair Plex’s ability to correctly match media.
