I checked all faq and pages without finding the solution.

is outdated.
There is no “freebase” option on my webapp (chrome / windows 10)
Help apreciated, having the trailers is one of the main reason i subscribed.

Edit: i m actually not getting any extras at all.
Please attach all your log files, including those in the PMS Plugins Logs folder, in a zip file. We’ll take a look at what’s happening.
If you can take a few screenshots showing your current Agent configuration, that would be very helpful

Freebase = ‘Plex Movie’

I hope this is what you need. I m new to Plex so dont hesitate to be specific in your requirements.

That looks pretty thorough as well. Both of these have a log of info. I myself can only hope it’s what is needed.
I’ve been chatting with one of the gang tonight and we’re narrowing this down pretty clearly. Hopefully, with this data, it will point to exactly where things have ‘gone south’. longs for the days when PMS was so simple 
So i have some new info.
I added a new folder with movies and all these movies are getting extras, trailers etc.
So i deleted my other folder, saved, made sure the movies werent showing up anymore.
Then i added it again… and it s still not working.
My geeky part is interested in understanding why, my practical part knows i can just move everything to the folder where it works.
Actually i ll try to copy the movie form the folder which doesnt work to the other.
