# Not receiving emails

Hi,

I have been a plex pass member since 2014 and started to read about people not receiving emails from plex. I have been wanting to upgrade to plex pass lifetime thingy for a few years now and have been hoping to get one, but nothing…

Is there any way on the plex side the problem is? So not receiving my emails?
