# Not receiving the confirmation email.

Hello, I am not receiving/plex not sending the confirmation email. Been trying for awhile to receive the email but to no avail.
Any suggestions?

What email? There are many that Plex might send for one reason or another.

The email I signed up with. It’s asking me to verify/confirm the email but every attempt goes nowhere. I’ve looked in the junk/spam section and nothing.

your email domain ends in `.ca` ?
And there is no hyphen in your email address?

Yes it ends in .ca and has no hyphen. It is an old email of mine that I had to use due to having used it on the xbox360 originally.
