# Nvidia shield plex media server problem

Server Version#:v1. 40.1.8251  
Player Version#:10.13.0.466  
\<If providing [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only [debug logging](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201643703-reporting-issues-with-plex-media-server/#toc-1) should be enabled\>  
Today my server stopped working I have no access to all my media stored on external HDD conected to shield. Hdd works fine as I checked it on PC. After reinstalling plex and PMS I get error message " A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server" I gave all permissions to allow access to files for both plex and PMS I changed PMS to use external HDD and still the same I looked online for any possible solution but frankly not found any so I’m here hoping to get it resolved.  
It worked perfectly fine so far, and today it suddenly stopped  
I appreciate any help

Also when I try to add libraries add folders is greyed out
