# Nvidia shield pro - reset my server certificate

I just purchased nvidia shield pro, i have already have a Plex account which i can connect to and stream my movies, once i created a new server, and trying to connect to it the web app shows the server name with a warning icon, i re-downloaded the media server as the site suggested and still getting an issue, reading online i followed:

someone suggested i could get someone to ‘reset my server certificate’ … would that be possible to do please?

im not sure what info you require from me to do this, just let me know can i can provide it

i don’t see anything wrong with your certificate it was jsut created today.

DNS rebinding can cause issues with certificate and is pretty common. I would check for DNS issues by using something like [Google DNS](https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns) instead of your ISPs
