# nVidia Shield - raw xml served on 32400

Twice today, the web interface started showing raw xml versus the GUI on my nVidia Shield rather than the normal GUI. Remote clients (as well as the Shield itself) can still play media, but I cannot manage anything. This is what a browser returns…

Use `:32400/web`, not `:32400`.

I’ve never put /web… Been running PMS for years - this 8s relevant to the Android version on the Shield only. I just switched yesterday.

It happened yesterday, and I reset everything on the Shield and it started working again. Today it is failing again. I cannot even get to the gui to look at logs except for adb logs…

Also, look at the Plex documentation. It always has /web when connecting directly to the IP address of the Plex server.

- Type `http://127.0.0.1:32400/web` into the address bar

Hmmm … that works. I stand corrected. Why has it changed is the bigger question. I’ve never put that in prior,.

Also, the URL I use is a bookmark and it worked earlier today and just stopped erratically… Both machines on the same IP subnet…
