# Nvidia Shield Server Showing Not secure

Server Version#: 9.13.1.37459  
Player Version#: (don’t know where this is found)

Hello - with the recent Nvidia Shield update, I can no longer access my server which is on an external drive attached to my Shield. I heard that one fix may be to reset my certificate. Can you please do this? Currently the web app says it cannot connect to the Shield because it is unsecure.
