Server Version#: 1.30.1.6562 (Synology DS218+) Player Version#: 9.13.1.37459 (Nvidia Shield TV) Can you make bigger font for subtitle, please? My Setting in plex is, Video: Burn subtitles - Automatic Subtitles: Subtitle size - Huge Although I use huge settings for subtitles, the subtitles are small, I can barely see the subtitle. Can you change this? Thank you in advance. ---

When i set, Video: Burn subtitles - Always, i get bigger subtitles, but… Why is the size of external and internal subtitles different in Plex? External and internal subtitles are SRT. Is there any way I can make all the subtitles the same size in Plex? And HEVC all time buffering, when set Video: Burn subtitles - Always. ---

Are you watching HDR videos? Is it possible to get help from support on this forum or not. I pay Plex Pass and never get help from Plex. Why i payed Plex pass? The size of subtitles on android boxes has been a problem for years and no one is fixing it. When will make bigger fonts for the subtitles? I have problem with small subtitle on Nvidia Shield TV and Amazon Firestick 4k. My setting is: Video: Burn subtitles - Automatic, Subtitles: Subtitle size - Huge ---

Can you fix subtitle size on Plex. My subtitle set on Huge and i get tiny subtitle. That problem i have on Amazon Firestick and Nvidia Shield TV. ---
