On Deck / Remote users / plex pass

Hello,

I am looking for some help please. I have searched google and this site and thought I had the correct understanding to my problem. I would like remote user to have the “On Deck” feature.

I first had the remote user setup as a friend, but found some info that suggested to have On Deck the remote user had to be added to “My Home”.

My account works fine and has On Deck for all / roku / OpenPHT / web.
On deck does not work for the remote user (added to either My Home or Friends) and I have tried Roku / Web players.

So, maybe I misunderstood. Does On Deck work for remote users?

OS / UnRaid as a Docker

Yes, On-Deck does work for remote users.
And it is not required that you add the remote user to your Plex Home to do so.

On Deck
A great Plex feature is On Deck. It gives you quick-access to your favorite shows and newly added media. As you watch shows, it shows you the one you’re part-way through or the next episode. It’s a handy tool, but is customized for a particular person. Multi-User keeps track of each person’s watch states and shows them their own On Deck.

Any suggestion as to why its not working?
