# Only green for few seconds

Hi,

I connect manually via Port 32400. For a few secounds, it says in green letters “fully accessible outside your network”, but then it goes back to red letters " Not available outside your network"

Is this correct? Can I invite my wife, so that she can use the server library via friends connect option?

Plex will display a green remote access status indicator/message while it’s checking the status. So you should consider your remote access setup isn’t working to start with.

Have you verified the port forward is actually working?

Ok, then it works. I just recieved word that the friend connection has access to the library at my server. Thanks for reading and th answers. Problem seems to be solved.
