Hi,

I’ve configured the TV shows and movies agents to use opensubtitles.
My subtitle settings are also done.
However, I don’t see the subtitles for a new downloaded TV show in its folder.
Shall I have to do some extra step to download ?
is it not automated ?

Thanks

Disable the opensubtitles plugin and switch to SubZero

Subtitles from ‘Agents’ are usually downloaded and stored in the [Plex data folder](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/202915258-Where-is-the-Plex-Media-Server-data-directory-located- "Plex data folder")
(where it is very difficult to find them. You can use [WebTools](https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/288191/webtools-unsupported-appstore/p1#top "WebTools") though to find and manage them.)

Try it, you’ll see.
Among other things, this agent can also store the downloaded subtitles beside your movie files.
Just where you expected them in the first place.
