Other Videos library still broken for managed users

The “Other Videos” library type is still broken for managed users. I am running PMS 1.30.2.6563 on a QNAP TVS-872XT.

I have a managed user account for my kids. There are no content restrictions, but I do have a label restriction for them. It works perfectly for movie libraries, but not for “Other Videos.” If I add the share label, they still cannot see it on a non-computer device (Tizen, Android) in the Library section, but only in Recommended. If I log in as that managed user from a web browser, I don’t even need the tags; the managed user account can see everything even that is not using the share tag.
