# Pain points with Plex

I’ve been using plex for a good while now, and found that I’ve had some pain points that I can’t seem to get past.
Firstly PlexAMP, I love that thing, but having switched from Apples ecosystem to Googles, I now can’t get a voice assistant to play directly from plexamp. Back when I had homepod and iphone, I could just say “Siri, Play song on Plexamp”, and it would stream it from my iphone.
I wish that Plex would integrate with voice assistants, and have seen quite a few requests for this, that have gone unanswered.
Then there’s the lack of Plexamp player on WearOS, I was hoping that with switching to android based devices, I’d have a way to stream plexamp directly on my wrist, unfortunately, this is impossible, I’d love to go for a run and not have to carry my phone with me, and access my library. I even tried to sideload plexamp, but it crashes on start.
Then when H265 transcoding came out for PMS, I was excited to try it, only to find out that plex didn’t support it on an AMD based GPU, when alternatives do.
I have Plex Pass, because I believe its a great app, but I feel as though these points let it down a little.
