# Partial Library on Apple devices

Plex is not showing the full libraries of Apple devices. The full libraries can be seen on Roku, web and infuse but not on any of my apple devices. They are on the same network as the server.
For example: for the tv shows the show up on the home screen and the recommended tab but it says not content or cannot connect to the server/unavailable when going to the full collections. Picture for example of chrome browser vs apple tv.

Can you check your database to see if there is any corruption. I am guessing not since other clients show the library fine but best to check. Search the [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) for “corrupt” or “malformed”

Not corruption or malformation. It was recently rebuilt about 2 weeks ago.

The library is only not fully show in the tvos and ios apps, beta and standard. I can search and find item but they do not show up as pictured in above. Every other platform is working with no issue.

If you have not already reset customizations in home menu or reinstall apps. if you already have can you grab the [apple tv logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/212639598-apple-tv-logs/) and/or the [iOS logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201636593-ios-logs/) after opening the library on them

I did upgrade the the newest plex beta server an and that did not fix the issue and still having crashing, but much less then before.

is the server completely crashing (menu bar item gone) or just sort of freezing up where you can’t use it adn thing become unavailable?

Completely crashing and I have uninstaled not ios and tvos. I have tried the beta a n d standard releases with no success.

I had this exact issue with my Movies library a few months back but was never able to fix it, I gave up and created a new library pointing at the same files.

The problem is that I just created a new libary after a different. I was working fine for a fer weeks then a Plex update came and not I have this issue but it is limited to only my IOS devices. I have been forced to use Infuse until this is fixed.

Sorry i was not getting notifications for replies for a bunch of post and I had to reset things. I was trying to reproduce the issues but still cannot.
I saw you mentioned you updated the app on Apple TV/iOS. Did you try actually uninstalling it and reinstalling?

Still with this issue and in the last couple of days I have been getting random crashing of the server out of no where.
