# Password

I have 8 Rokus. 5 PC’s and 2 tablets, all with the Plex client. I bought a new Android phone and added the Plex client to it. I CAN’T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD. Is there ANY way you can send me the password? I just don’t want to think about re-entering a new password into all my Plex devices. Please?

Most plex clients don’t store your password as such. They store a security token, which is not automatically invalidated when you change your password.

If you **don’t** activate the indicated checkbox in this screenshot, you should be good.

Otto, THANKS so much. However, to use this particular screen, I have to KNOW my current password, which is the problem, right?

I just asked to be sure: If you use the ‘reset password’ function on the [plex.tv](http://plex.tv) website, your connected devices won’t get disconnected from your account.
