Philips Android TV, not playing series

I recently moved from my Shield TV to Plex on my new TV.
Now I run in the issue that for example, I am unable to watch any EAC3 5.1 with subtitles.
I get the error: “An error occurred while attempting to play this video”

With Passthrough HDMI, I get no sound, with passthrough disabled I get the above error.

is there any way to resolve this?

Can you try again and provide the log from the Android TV?

Thank you @anon18523487, I figured out the issue. I had my Passthrough (bypass) still enabled on my TV.

In case you still want logs, I can reproduce and provide it.

Nope that sounds about right. With passthrough enabled, your TV was trying to decode something locally that it could only passthrough. By disabling that feature, PMS should be transcoding the audio to a compatible format for you.
