Philips Smart TV doesn't fully load (infinite spinning cog)

It was working perfectly, then I updated my primary email on Plex. Ever since then I just get a spinning cog like in the screenshot attached. I can access the settings inside the Plex TV app, so if that’s of use let me know.

Troubleshooting so far:

  • Force quit + cleared cache on TV :cross_mark:
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the Plex app on TV :cross_mark:
  • Unauthorised and reauthorised TV :cross_mark:

Have you tried “clearing data” of the app? I know you uninstalled but sometimes Android doesn’t clear out all data and clearing the cache won’t clear the data either.
