2021 clean-up:

1. duplicate → [Please enable 'Use embedded tags' in Photo libraries](https://forums.plex.tv/t/please-enable-use-embedded-tags-in-photo-libraries/168821)
2. implemented → filter by tag (multiple tags w/ advanced filter)
3. implemented → create smart playlist from filter
4. implemented → ℹ button on on-screen-display
