To whom it may concern: I am unable to get any answers from your Support link.

I was hoping I could talk to a person “preferable human” and ask them if there is a  
way to change my photo slideshow speed. I am try to make it go slower so my 91 year old  
mother can see her childhood from the 1920"s. can you Help?

If not, I will seek other means to view the photos.

I’ve noticed that this has been a constant request since as far back as 2015. Is there a reason that this would be so hard to implement or even just change the default to a longer period?
