# Picture freezes when playing video

Player Version#:10.18.0.968

Hi.

Plex pass, samsung s24 ultra.  
The application is very unstable. It is not possible to watch the video as it is displayed in the small left bar. the rest of the screen is obscured by a frozen image.

the application often closes spontaneously.

It is impossible to download your video and share it.

I bought a plex pass to remove the 1 minute limit. but I still can’t watch videos from my phone.
