Pin security

So a 4 digit pin (max of 9999 possible combinations) is all that stands between my account and another person in my plex home (or someone with access to their device) who wants to do harm (including deleting actual files). This is such extremely poor security that it’s not even funny. Please put in an option for an actual password, or a disable function for this.

You trust your family that little?

it’s not really meant to be “security”, more to enable content restrictions. If you want people give have full secure logins, then given them full accounts.

lol, nah, I just like to have good security options (that and my “family” is a bunch of roommates). I did figure out that adding someone as a friend essentially does what I want, allowing access to content as read-only. I did come off a bit brash, apologies.
