Hello, I am running Plex v1.8.0.4109 on a Synology DS1815 NAS (DSM 6.1.3-15152 Update 2) and 6GB of RAM. I have a business-class cable modem connection with 200 down and 7 up. In other words, I don’t think bandwidth or system performance should be an issue here. I get a playback error which states: "Not enough bandwidth for any playback of this item. Cannot convert to below minimum bandwidth of 77 kbps. My upload settings on the remote access portion of the server are set to 7Mbps. Can someone please help me with this issue or give me steps to go on to resolve this? Would you please go to Settings - Server - Help - Download Logs and then attach (upload) the ZIP file it gives you here? ---

Yes, Was just getting here to respond. Your database is badly fragmented and needs optimization. Please Optimize Database and then restart PMS. Let it restart cleanly ---

Thank you, I just forced it to optimize now. (It is set to run weekly as a part of scheduled maintenance). I stopped the PMS service and restarted it. Unfortunately, the identical error persists. ---

How did you move the backup database into position? Did you do it as ‘root’ and then remember to `chown plex:plex *.db` **and** delete the `-wal` and `-shm` files (if they existed) ? Candidly said, the db is a mess. I hate to say it but the most expedient thing to do at this point is probably burn it down and start again **IF** you want, we can keep it for a bit as comparison. ```auto sudo sh systemctl stop plexmediaserver cd /var/lib/plexmediaserver mv Library Library.hold mkdir Library chown plex:plex Library systemctl start plexmediaserver ``` Now go through the startup / first-run wizard again please. We can transfer the machine’s Identity after you’ve got it up and running. ---

Ok, I am not opposed to doing this if it will correct the issue. I am running Plex from a NAS, so I can keep all my media in their respective locations on the NAS, correct? ---

Yes, This has no impact on your media. You are only creating a new metadata Library for PMS to use ---
