Playback Error: Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error (since update to Version 1.13.5.5291)

Since the new server update Version 1.13.5.5291 I cannot seem to play any videos in Plex.
A show starts as normal, but within less than a minute it stops and I get the error, “Playback Error. Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.” Here is a screenshot:

Fresh logs are also attached to this post.
Restarting the server did not help and it does not appear to be isolated to a specific media file.
Can’t watch in Chrome, on my iPhone, or cast to Chromecast. Transcoder fails every time.

Yes, it appears that after installing Windows Update KB4340917, the issue has been resolved. :slight_smile:

I just started having this problem 2 days ago. My system is windows 10 pro x64 updated to 10.0.17134. This error happens every time I play a video. Sometimes the playback does not start and other times it quits after a few minutes. Never seems to play longer than 10 minutes or so. I have attached the server log zip. Please check and advise for a solution. Thanks.
