Server Version#: 1.40.2.8395 Player Version#: [Plex Media Server Logs\_2024-05-17\_01-18-01.zip](https://forums.plex.tv/uploads/short-url/8UkJuYmZcrAiB0aJJWj9Fh8LLsq.zip) (7.7 MB) Running on Synology with DSM 7.2.1-69057 Update 5. This is happening over the local network. I’ve not updated anything in the last couple of weeks, and the issue has been showing up for a few days now. I’ve turned off hardware acceleration when available, but that didn’t change anything. Now for the really strange, both of these videos are using H265, one if about 25 minutes long, it fails with the above error. Another video coming from the same root folder as the other file, but from a different subfolder. about 45 minutes long, it plays with no issues. Any ideas? ---
