# Playback error source not found

Player Version#: 1.52.1.3195-a0c4d5e9 also APP.PLEX.TV  
Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun Quattro  
Guide/Lineup name:  
Using XMLTV?: no  
Channel number/Name: all

Hi

get the error, during turning on a live-tv stream: Playback error Source not found

On iOS it works, but only on my PC PLEX will not tune in a channel

What can i do?

Strangely, it only affects the app.plex.tv

The apps: Plex for Windows, Plex for MacOS and Plex for iOS work fine.

except playback error (known by Plex but no fix yet since months)
