# Playback failed after PMS update

Hello,

Ever since Plex Media Server version 1.10.1.4602 and the following updates, functionality is broken. The Plex for Kodi app on my Raspberry Pi’s is still running, but every time I try to play a movie, I get the error “Playback failed”. My setup didn’t change. Server and media is reachable. To get things running again, I have to revert to server version 1.9.7.4460. Would appreciate some help here!
