Player Version#: Latest web version - Version 4.64.3

From change notes:  
**4.62.1**

NEW:

- Playlist poster customization.

This works from the main admin user of a server. The feature simply does not work for managed users. The image cannot be uploaded. I have enabled debug and verbose logging and received no useful messages.
