# PlayStation 5 completely freezes

Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639  
Player Version#: latest  
  
Two times now when watching 4K content via the PS5 app, my whole console froze, was completely unresponsive until I powered it off by holing the power button for some 20 seconds.

How can this occur, how can the whole console freeze? And there’s no way to watch Plex via the hidden web browser, correct?
