How do I using a powershell script determine that the activity icon on the plex web app is not spinning. I want to know when plex has stopped recording. ---

Shouldn’t you be able to use a web hook to get notified about major events? That’s much more efficient than incessantly polling server activity. [https://support.plex.tv/articles/115002267687-webhooks/](https://support.plex.tv/articles/115002267687-webhooks/) `library.new` should AFAIK also fire when a recording is finished and the recorded item is added to the library. ---

Not sure how I would use the web hook. I don’t know what library.new is. ---
