Why is PMS always running database migrations? Every other time the server reboots its stuck in this screen for hours. It’s honestly ridiculous, what is the point of constantly migrating the database?

It shouldn’t. If it is, likely the migration ran into an error and didn’t finish, so it’s retrying on the next reboot, which is expected. I would check you database to make sure there are no issues with it.
