# Plex Android client bitrate limit is Failure

Server Version#: 1.30.0.6359  
Player Version#:9.11.1.36538

When the default bitrate is set to 720p 3M in Android, The original video resolution is 720p, regardless of the bit rate, the video will be streamed directly without transcoding regardless of the bitrate (720p 16M/720P 7M).

Also, the network performance of plex in China has been very poor in the last few days, I hope to fix it.
