# Plex android tv library is visible but content doesn't play

Player Version#:  
  
Hello,  
i have an issue with plex app on android tv, my media plays on all devices(browser and ios app) but doesn’t work on tv.  
All contents and libraries are visible on Tv but when i try to play it, it gives an error,  
“an error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again.”  
(Pictures work fine)

Plex devs dropped tls/ssl suppor for older Android, Windows 7 and other devices its on their plex.tv servers. Only thing that you can do in such cases is to disable crypted secured connection and set unsecured connections on plex players and servers.
