# Plex app crashes

I’m able to get into the app. When I try to watch a tv show, live tv or a movie it shows a black screen and crashes. I have been fighting with this for over two hours now and I don’t know how to resolve this. It worked just fine for a week and a half until today. Are there any know issues with this?
