# Plex app not Launching on Server

There was an issue with my Plex pass. I purchased back the plex pass and now they say i have a new Plex pass and when i check my server install is no longer opening. i cannot see the folders i created and everything i had before went offline and is not accessible. I need some urgent assistance please.
