There is this, [Core Manager for Plex Arcade](https://forums.plex.tv/t/core-manager-for-plex-arcade/682952).

Check your [PMS logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) (or upload them here). It should say exactly where it is looking for that file.
