# Plex "bugs": language choice (Portuguese)

Hello!

I’m using **PMS 1.19.5.3112** and **Plex for Samsung (early access) 5.0.13**.  
I couldn’t match exactly these problems at the forums, so I’m posting here.

**Bug 1:**  
When selecting and saving language “Brazilian Portuguese” on PMS (Settings-\> General-\> Languages) as already reported at [Brazilian Portuguese - Subtitle language selection error](https://forums.plex.tv/t/brazilian-portuguese-subtitle-language-selection-error/562332), the server just returns “Abkhazian” (first on the list). It’s like a **“ghost option”**.

But the user didn’t report the following:

**Bug 2:**  
On the other hand, **selecting “Português (Brasil)”** [that means exactly the same thing as “Brazilian Portuguese” (in Brazilian Portuguese)], **PMS saves** the selection successfully.

**But** , when you do this language selection on PMS, the **Samsung TV Plex app doesn’t** correctly **select the desired subtitle** (automatic selection).

**However** , if you choose “ **Português** ” (European Portuguese, I believe) **on PMS** , the **TV app** can **select any Portuguese** subtitle available (European or not).

This means that the European Portuguese subtitle may be automatically selected, not the pt-BR one that you may want to stream (if you have these two options).
