Plex can not load any file (Samsung Smart TV)

Player Version#: Samsung Smart TV Tizen - Plex for Samsung 5.80.0 (Platform Version 2.4)
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>
Can not load any file on Plex for Samsung Smart TV (Tizen)
Problem from Console: “Unable to find client profile for device; platform=Tizen, platformVersion=2.4, device=16_JAZZL_UHD, model=UE55KU6650”
What can I do?

I’m getting a similar error, but with WebOS on an LG tv, not all files though.

Is your error “new”, I.e. occurred in the last few days?

Hi, since time that it occurs, I have it for all time. It’s maybe 3 weeks till now
