Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639

Hello,

please I need help, I am trying to run plex server in docker on Ubuntu, fighting with it few days now.
When I want add library in webui, it doesnt see directory. I followed [this steps](https://forums.plex.tv/t/linux-tips/276247/2), so my mounted disk is /disks/hdd/ but I cant even see /disks/ (screenshot)

Nasty little thing linux does:

1. Did you set 755 permissions on the directories BEFORE mounting ?
(per the FAQ?)

2. This is how I use [LinuxServer.io](http://LinuxServer.io) docker

```auto
sudo docker run \
-d \
--name lsioplex \
--network=host \
-e PLEX_CLAIM="claim-2rZSB3JW2t56cJngN9kt" \
-e TZ="EST" \
-e LANG="en_US.UTF-8" \
-e PLEX_UID=1000 \
-e PLEX_GID=1000 \
-e PUID=1000 \
-e PGID=1000 \
-h lsioplex \
-v /sata/lsio:/config \
-v /sata/lsio/tmp:/tmp \
-v /sata/lsio/transcode:/transcode \
-v /vie:/data \
--device=/dev/dri:/dev/dri \
lscr.io/linuxserver/plex
#docker start lsioplex
#docker update --restart=unless-stopped lsioplex
[chuck@lizum docker.2044]$
```

I’m not that fancy so a shell script works best for me 🙂

Absurdistan is one movie for test, this one works, but still cant access to mounted drive. Even when I am owner of folder.

In your compose file you have /disks/hdd/movies mapped to /tv. In your first screenshot, you can see the /tv directory in the left column, and I assume if you scroll down it will also be in the right column.

The left side of the volume map is the path on the host, the right side is where you will find it inside your container. You can make them the same, or they can be different paths as you have done in your compose file.
