Hi i have a plex server,and i use an enigma 2 box or my smart tv to connect to the remote server. When i use my tv plex can see what movies i am watching and there is an alert that i am watching it. But when i use my enigma2 box plex doesnt know i am watching the movie but im connected to the plex server and can watch everything. ---

There are 2 ways you can access your Plex server. Using a Plex client (official or unofficial) and PMS should list these in the Now Playing. The other is with a DLNA client. Plex actually has a separate DLNA server component, which is separate from the main server component. Accessing your media through DLNA does not show up under Now Playing or even in the PMS logs. There is a separate Plex DLNA log that would have the info. ---

It shows up some times,i use my username and password to login?sometimes it appears and others it doesnt? ---

DLNA logs are empty ---

The app on the Enigma2 is not an official Plex client, so maybe they are doing something differently that isn’t getting picked up. I would need to see the PMS logs during a time when it isn’t showing. ---

This is what worrys me that fact its not being logged,which log files will i add here?i deleted all the logs so should have some fresh logs ---

Playback should be logged in your Plex Media Server log. From Web, Settings \ Server \ Help \ Download logs. ---
