# Plex channel guide has incorrect channel information

I have reported a channel that needs to be added multiple times using [Plex EPG Inaccuracies](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf5yBU5lLawNvWvzvS8aDiXaorn-f-2EKTtxumszQKYW2B4Kg/viewform) provided by the topic [Reporting Plex DVR Lineup Inaccuracies & Current Status](https://forums.plex.tv/t/reporting-plex-dvr-lineup-inaccuracies-current-status/425001) and it has not been added. @sa2000 can you get it added? My info is as follows:

Connection: OTA  
Viewing area: Cincinnati OH, USA
