# Plex Claim Token - Blank page

I am trying to start a new Docker Server, however [https://www.plex.tv/claim](https://www.plex.tv/claim) only shows a blank page. I am not the only one with this problem; [Reddit - Dive into anything](https://www.reddit.com/r/PleX/comments/1iwau55/plex_token_claim_page_blank/)

But no solution yet.

Make sure you don’t have any ad blockers, cookie cutters, etc. active.

Try a private / incognito browser window.

FWIW, page works ok for me, in US CT.
