# Plex client for XBox hanging on load

Server Version#: 1.24.3.5033  
Player Version#: 2.82.2

Upon starting, the Plex logo appears, but is just a web page (with mouse cursor, zoom and the like as if it was an image being displayed in edge). It never gets any further than that. This was working perfectly, but it seems the latest player update has killed it.
