So I know I can’t delete media in the web app, like in a regular server, but when I’ve deleted media from my storage provider, it still shows in my Plex Cloud. I don’t see any way of changing this, or deleting the items. Does anyone know what I’m missing, or is this a bug? ---

After deleting the file, did you tell Plex to ‘Scan Library Files?’ Plex should remove the entry in that process. ![](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/plex/original/3X/c/b/cb9602828a0124288683fc02077bc377e876d08b.png) ---

Yep, I’ve done that many times. It picks up new media just fine, but doesn’t seem to notice deleted media. ---

Try emptying the trash by clicking Empty Trash. ---

I have the same issue, tried same things. Doesn’t work ☹ ---

For anyone still having this problem, I think I found the solution. In the web app, open up the menu for the library you need to update on the right hand side, and click Analyze. Takes a while depending on the size of the library, but worked for me. ---
