# Plex crash when transcoding (QuickSync)

Server Version#: 1.25.2.5319  
Player Version#:

Hello, My PMS is multiple crashed and I don’t know why.  
It look like it crashed when transcoding but I’m not sure.

My PMS is on windows 10 (fresh install) + i7-11700k (+iGPU) with hardware transcoding and hdr tone mapping settings enable.  
Before, my PMS was on my old computer (ryzen 5600x + GTX 1660) but I have migrated it to the new one

The log is very long for only some seconds so I will paste only the end
