Plex does not identify external subtitles, the subtitles are in the renamed folders according to PLEX site orientation, formatted in UTF8, the subtitles of the movie library are normal, however the TV SHOWS library does not appear. I do not know what to do. I’ve tried everything. On another server I do not have the plex pass enabled subtitles work normally. ---

Are you using `Season 0x` subfolders? Did you enable the Local Media Assets agent? Are the subtitle files named exactly like the video files (including upper/lower case)? Have you checked access permissions for plex:plex? ---

And the permissions I have never had are the same as those in the movies folder. ---

Try using a different web browser or use the hosted app instead of the local one [app.plex.tv](http://app.plex.tv) ---
