​ **Hello,** I really need help. I can’t find the solution anywhere. Here is: 1-I have a Plex account for life 2-I installed the Plex server app on this new Mac 3-I have a brand-new library of films, videos and music on a new external hard drive. I tried many things since the past 3 days and unfortunately nothing works… What should I do ? ---

Did you successfully complete the server setup and connecting to the server locally through the bundled web app? Are you able to see the server settings and initiate the library creation and simply not able to see the media directory — or are you not even getting to the point of initiating the library creation?
